Not happy with your gift? We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items (fresh flowers, bouquets, and similar) and within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable items (gift sets, homeware, accessories, and similar), provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us and we will make it right — replacement or refund. Our support team is available 9:30–18:00, Monday to Saturday.
